My Story 

Despite my lackluster high school carrer, I still believed I could become a great player. And I knew that if things were going to improve, I was the one responsible for making it happen. The turing point came two years after my injury, when I began college at Denison University. It was a new beginning, and it was the place where I would discover the surprising power of small habits for the first time. 

부진한 고등학교 시절에도 불구하고 나는 여전히 훌륭한 선수가 될 수 있다고 믿었다. 그리고 상황이 개선될 경우 이를 실현할 책임이 나에게 있음을 알고 있었다. 전환점은 내가 부상을 입은 지 몇 년 후인 Denison University에서 대학을 시작했을 때 찾아왔다. 새로운 시작이었고, 작은 습관의 놀라운 힘을 처음으로 발견하게 된 곳이었다.

We all face challenges in life. This injury was one of mine, and the experience taught me a critical lesson: changes that seem small and unimportant at first will compound into remarkable results if you're willing to stick with them for years.

우리 모두 인생에서 도전을 직면한다. 이 상처는 내게 있어서 그 중 하나였고, 이 경험은 나에게 중요한 교훈을 가르쳐줬다: 처음에는 작고 사소해 보이는 변화들도 몇 년 동안 꾸준히 지속한다면 놀라운 결과로 이어질 수 있다는 것이다.

We all deal with setbacks but in the long run, the quality of our lives often depends on the quality of our habits. With the same habits, you'll end up with the same results. But with better habits, anything is possible. 

우리 모두는 좌절과 역경을 경험하지만, 결국에는 우리 삶의 질은 종종 우리 습관의 질에 달려있다. 같은 습관을 가지고 있다면, 같은 결과를 얻게 될 것이다. 하지만 더 나은 습관을 갖게 된다면, 어떤 일이든 가능해진다.
